Returns and Exchanges
Our return period is 14 days (two weeks) from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund.  To request a return please use the form below or respond to your confirmation email, including items you would like to return/exchange, the order number, and your contact information.  Items and packaging must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure a full refund. 
Restrictions may apply to promotional offers, giveaways, and discounts. Orders placed during our Cyber Monday promotion are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges will be granted for gifts, and rings may be resized once free of cost.
Repairs
If you have an DGFJ piece in need of repair, please contact us and we will assist you with issuing a repair authorization number. Our base repair fee is $25.  Additional material and labor fees may apply.
 
Lost an Earring?
That's okay! We would be happy to assist you in creating a replacement for the missing earring. All DGFJ pieces are handmade but we do our best to create an identical match to the original.  To ensure the best match, we request that the remaining earring be returned to our studio to be used as a guide in the creation of the match. Limited production styles and one of a kind pieces may not be applicable so please contact us to find out if we are able to make a mate for your earring, and what the pricing would be for a make-a-mate repair.
Shipping
Each domestic package is shipped with USPS. Please note that USPS shipping can take up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your shipping address. International shipments have the option of USPS Priority Mail or UPS International service. Drew Gregory Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any duties or VAT applied to an international shipment; by ordering on our website you agree to pay any import fees.
